We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, ensuring our wellness treasures reach you safely and swiftly.

Processing Times

We are a boutique shop dedicated to quality.

• Standard Orders: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and ritual-wrap your order.

• Custom/Handmade Items: If your order includes custom herbal blends or energized crystals, processing may take up to 7 business days.

• Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken candle or vessel), please email us at holistic.havannah@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always work toward a soulful solution.

Delivery Address & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local sorting office, a re-delivery fee may apply.
